Wait
A few minutes
You get
One track file per activity, in a .zip
Rough size
Tens of MB, and up if you post photos

Everything Buho reads out of it lands in Positions.

One request gets every activity you ever uploaded, each in the format it arrived in. There is nothing to configure.

Strava's archive request page strava.com ↗
  1. Open the page above while signed in — it is reachable from SettingsMy Account too.
  2. Click Request Your Archive.
  3. Strava emails a download link, usually within a few minutes.
  4. Drop the .zip here as it arrived — no need to unpack it.

If a watch also feeds Garmin Connect, the same outings are in both exports. Drop both anyway — the overlap is resolved, not counted twice, minute by minute.

Strava hands each activity back in the format it was uploaded in, so one export holds three at once — the phone years as .gpx, the watch years as .fit. All of them are read.

Drop your export here

The .zip as it arrived, the unzipped folder, or loose files. Buho works out which export it is, so you never have to say — and reads it here, in this tab, without uploading any of it.
